Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Fractional COO is an experienced executive who runs the day-to-day operations, optimizes processes, and drives growth for a business on a part-time or temporary basis. Our team has been through the shit show with companies many times and has the testimonials to prove it.

  • The Fractional Integrator is an EOS™ specific term for a Fractional COO, they help the leadership team to develop and implement a strategy that will achieve the desired results. An Integrator also ensures that the team remains focused and on track. Without an Integrator, Visionary Leaders may have difficulty translating their vision into a plan of action.

  • A fractional COO typically operates on an hourly or retainer basis, presenting a cost-effective solution for businesses looking for high-level expertise without the hefty price tag of a full-time executive salary and benefits.

  • Our team is laser focused on adding structure and accountability to the team while ensuring we have all of the right people in the right seats. We love the concept of finding our own replacement based on months of assessing your company needs. This is a very unique and liberating feeling for the visionary leaders we work with. We try to promote from within, but know the right person for the seat is critical. Its imperative that we get to onboard and train our replacement ensuring they are setup for success from the beginning!

  • None. The relationship between a FCOO and the visionary business owner must work for both parties. If we aren't the right fit, we’ll all know very quickly. Out of respect to both parties, We ask for a 30 day notice to terminate, but are flexible to do what is best for you and your company.

  • The right fit is everything. We're biased but OUR TEAM is what makes us different. We encourage everyone to meet a couple FCOOs, ask them tough questions, and hear from their previous clients. Finding a FCOO that genuinely understands you, your companies core values, and the vision you have mapped out is everything.
Oh and you want to make sure you can stand to work with them daily!
