The Advisor

Get an experienced confidant to help advise and navigate difficult decisions & high level strategy.

  • We schedule, lead, and virtually facilitate your weekly leadership meeting (L10).

  • Weekly Zoom 1:1 meetings with you - both scheduled and impromptu. We talk mainly about your team and your needs as the visionary.

  • Weekly Zoom 1:1 meetings with your leadership team. We discuss any roadblocks prohibiting them from accomplishing their goals.

  • Feedback and communication based on our exposure to your company, processed and people to identify areas for improvement. Provided during Zoom 1:1 meeting.

  • We discuss strategy and high level needs for your business, you and your team then execute.

Yoda + Mr. Mayagi Plan

The Advisor + Accountability

All of the wisdom from the Yoda Plan plus Mr Mayagi’s get-shit-done approach to follow-through and execution.

    • Weekly leadership meeting facilitation.

    • Weekly 1:1 video call with visionary.

    • Weekly 1:1 video calls with leaders.

    • Identify opportunities for improvement.

    • High level strategy coaching.

  • Create and execute 1-2 personal “Rocks”/90 day goals for the quarter. We lead your quarterly offsite meetings, if you do not already have an implementer.

  • We travel a minimum of once quarterly to your offices to spend 2 business days in person. This could be more depending on your location and specific needs.

    Travel time is not “billed” rather included in this flat rate fee. All expenses to be fully reimbursed.

  • We facilitate and support the hiring and onboarding for any new seats. Including working with 3rd party recruiters, scheduling and conducting interviews .
